⚠️⚠️Never got my money back… the director of Mezeh in Ohio contacted me and said they were going to get this handled!! Tagged me in emails with the communication from Uber Eats and EVERYONE LITERALLY WENT GHOST! Contacted the director multiple times via email, to no response!! Reached out to Uber eats to no response and now my order or nothing can be found. This just proves the guilt behind this company and Uber Eats. Mezeh, I believe all this happened on your behalf because of the lack of communication and care for a customer of yours wherever in store or online delivery!! Throw out the window gender equality and discrimination policies you abide by because it’s all lies. And I’m STILL never going back. People of minorities… please don’t eat at Mezeh. They do not care!!! ⚠️⚠️

I just had a uber eats delivery sent to me today. Literally 20 mins ago! My uber eats receipt on my phone clearly said my name but on the Uber Drivers Delivery phone, the comment on who to deliver to said “DELIVER TO MONKEYS”. I’m glad the driver brought this to my attention. Attempted to contact the store and the ridiculous prompt stated the store was busy and could not transfer so here I am. I am LIVID and taken aback by Mezeh and the service that has been provided. I will be contacting corporate for the utter disrespect behind this and blasting on social media as well. The discrimination/racial profiling is beyond me. And you don’t even know my race to begin with (but that doesn’t even matter). I don’t even want to eat my food anymore because how do I know something wasn’t done to it. At first I didn't understand the negative reviews but now I realize you other reviewers have a problem with race. You are making fun of people and knocking off stars just because some people don't speak English as their 1st language. Just say you're racist. You're not immune to being racist to other races just because someone 1 time was racist to you. Firsthand I saw a grown man causing issues with the ladies in here and he got DOUBLE EVERYTHING and was trying to refuse to pay any extra. They were only going to make him pay half of the extra things as well. He spoke to them so disrespectfully and I feel bad for the staff. The menu was good the food was good the price was great. I had extreme anxiety going in there but they made it simple enough and assisted me and gave me extra sauce and big portions for no extra charge.
