Let me start with the good, the front desk employees are incredibly nice and efficient. My daughters swim lesson teachers (one was Abby) were amazing and did great with my daughter and Abby always has a smile on her face and seems to have great leadership skills!! There's have been a few of the other lifeguards that have been great and are always nice. Okay, now the negative; some of the lifeguards are are so unprofessional, haughty and inconsistent. Ihave been coming here for 8 months to do therapy. It's helped a lot and I have always been able to bring my daughter. Doing the therapy helps with the immense amount of pain I have on a daily basis, it totally helps sooook much to get in the water and move!! I have to go during therapy hours, and part of the reason I have come so far (I have gone from using a walker to a cane and lost a lot of weight) is because I have always been able to take my 8 yr old daughter with me. We have always been respectful of anything the lifeguards have asked of us. So, one day, after we have been going here for 7 months, this lifeguard, (his name is Cody), starts picking on My daughter for everything! Things that he nor any of the lifeguards have EVER had a problem with or at least they have never said anything for 7 months. I went and spoke with Cody and he handled the interaction very unprofessionally and immaturely. A few days after Cody was picking on My daughter, they come and tell me that now my daughter can't even be in the pool with me for my therapy. I have been telling everyone about this and I won't stop and the only reason that I will keep going for right now is because I care to much about my health and know that I need this. I don't know what the problem is all of a sudden, out of nowhere this lifeguard, Cody has a problem with us. Very unprofessional and immature and it really is pretty messed up that he is able to treat...

Today a group of us went to the community center to play pickleball like we have done the last couple of weeks. As we were starting the game one of the employees came into the gym and informed us we could not play pickleball and to leave. We asked why and she just walked out without saying anything. We went to the front counter to ask why we were not allowed to play she said the gym was closed for pickleball on Thursdays. I then asked when this became a rule. Her answer was a few weeks. Which is a total lie because my wife and a few more people had been playing for the last couple of weeks on Thursday same time. As soon as we called her out on her lie she decided to call the police on us. So if you decide to use this facility don't be surprised if you ask a question and they don't like what you are asking you might get the police called on you! These employees should loose there jobs for the way they treated us! You would think having the name community center the facility would be for everyone. When they kicked us out of the gym there was no one waiting to use the gym! I would give them a 0 if I could staff is very...

I had just moved to the area. The back cover of St. George Magazine had a full page ad for Washington City Community Center. It advertised a FREE DAY PASS. After stopping at the Washington City Museum I went to the Community Center to try their facilities. Two guys greeted me at the front desk; they acted shocked and dumbfounded about a day pass or trial membership. They asked around and one of the women managers said yes there is an ad but I would have to bring it in. LOL. Are you serious, you want me to drive all the way home to bring back a generic ad (which you already know exists)? I drove home and read the fine print on the ad. It wants you to text their 888 phone number and punch in WCCC. This signs you up for their VIP Club. LOL LOL. Last time I got suckered into texting a code I was signed up for a scam. That's why I now have texts blocked. I didn't even bother calling them back. What ridiculous bureaucracy, even for a gym. I can see now why this club is in the RED and will soon shut down. LOL. Go to Summit where they do things correct and know how to treat...

It was our first visit, but definitely not the last. I'd advise to arrive at 12 pm, because we got there right after 1 pm and they had everyone leave the pool until 2 pm. We used the time to buy snacks and drinks from the snack bar. The prices are very reasonable. $1 for a big size popcorn , $2 pretzels, .75 cents small bag of chips, etc. Then at 3 pm everyone had to leave pool until 3:40 pm. We loved that it wasn't too crowded . Make sure to bring sunscreen. Half of the lazy river is outside. There is a splash pad outside. I assumed it was all indoors and didn't bring sunscreen, so we got sunburned, but lesson learned. You can bring your own lifejacket, but no tubes etc. Admission is $5 per person and kids 3 and under are free. We will be coming back next week. The kids had a blast. The big pool doesn't really get deeper than 4'. And at the begging it's super shallow by the small slides. Plenty of lounging chairs and food court tables.

We were down visiting from salt lake, we had a down day and figured we'd hit the local community center to go swimming. I was very impressed, although disappointed at the same time. The large slide was down due to an electrical issue which so happened to knock out some of the lights as well. The lighting wasn't much of an issue, but we did have to cut it short as they closed at 5pm to care to the issues. Overall the kids had a ton of fun, our short 7 yr old could touch everywhere in the pool, that just made their day. I took some time to myself to swim a few laps in the lap pool. According to my watch they were 25m lanes, which there were about 7 lanes available. Will visit again, hopefully the slide is up.

The Preschool here is the best! My daughter attended for two years and had Ms. Nichole, Ms. Bridgett, and Ms. Amber. They were all incredible! The curriculum taught at this preschool prepared my daughter for kindergarten and on to the dual-immersion program at elementary school. The field trips to Staheli Farm, The Children's Museum, and Sullivan's Park to fish with her dad were all so special. This preschool also has a Christmas program, a tea party with moms, and a graduation ceremony. The students do karate, tumbling, basketball, soccer, T-ball, and swimming. I know I'm forgetting some stuff but this preschool has it all and I love all the teachers and staff for how incredible they make it.
