The Washington City museum is full of all kinds of interesting items. It was fun to see the replica of an old school room, desks that I used to sit in, And the old chalkboard. There was a great variety of Early 19th century clothing, machinery, books, and much more. The curator was a delightful man with lots of knowledge and patience. We were delighted to see the many pioneer plaques around the outside area. Leave plenty of time for enjoying the history at this museum.
