Baja Taco Dudes — Restaurant in Washington

Awesome food! Great little food truck! Highly recommend the shrimp taco and the beef taquitos. The potato taco gets a lot of raving reviews but it's not my cup of tea. Definitely good but I think the other two options are better, imo. The fish taco is fresh but the shrimp taco has an overall better mouth experience.

The shrimp and fish taco does have a beer-batter which I believe they make fresh, so there is the slight hint of the beer in the batter just an FYI. I think it adds to the overall flavor but figured I'd point that out if you've never had freshly made beer-battered foods. PS Its Utah.

Overall, I definitely recommend it. Prices aren't cheap but I would say fair for how fresh...

I just had the most amazing dining experience at Baja Taco Dudes! The food was absolutely incredible. The flavors were so vibrant and delicious, it truly exceeded my expectations. The chef, Fabi, created a masterpiece with every taco. Not only was the food outstanding, but Fabi’s warm and friendly service made my day even brighter. Their attention to detail and passion for their craft really shines through. I can't wait to go back and indulge in more of their mouthwatering creations. Me and fiance tried everything and it was DELICIOUS 🤤. We both had combos, fish & shrimp tacos combo and the Taquitos combo, two beef Taquitos and one potato taco, and it was soooo good. Highly recommend this place for a quick bite to eat. Staff were extremely friendly. They had a picnic table to eat outside their food truck and I was happy to be able to bring my dog.
