Veterans Park — Attraction in Washington

WOW!!! It’s such a huge park, very clean and beautiful with green grass and surrounded with big trees and shades. It also offers playground, picnic tables, benches, drinking fountains and clean restrooms which i appreciate it (it’s hard to find clean restrooms in public). It’s such a great place for family hang out, picnic community events...and so much more. They also have food trucks and movie in the park on Friday evenings occasionally (movies are free). Great little park for kids to get out and stretch their legs. Playground area is newish with some good tall slides. Big field and covered picnic area. There’s also a built in grill that can be used if your looking to do an outdoor BBQ. During the summer months Washington city is know to frequently put on movie nights in the park that include fun music, food trucks, and all around good times. Very family...
