I stopped by after spotting the trailer on the side of the road. I was blown away. This place is amazing.

Super friendly service. Didn’t have to wait very long either. The quesadillas are stellar. Super authentic. Good tortillas. The huaraches are quite good too. Also very authentic to what you’ll find in Mexico.

Prices are fair. Pretty in-line with what you should expect from a food truck.

Some of their menu items are only available certain days of the week, but the tacos, quesadillas, and huaraches are available every day.

If you enjoy authentic Mexican food, then you CANNOT miss this place. It’s stellar....
