I recently purchased materials from this store in January and returned them for credit the same week. The new owner greeted me and mentioned it was now her store. The previous owner assisted me with the credit with the new owner observing to see how the process was done, and was happily given credit for the return. Neither owners suggested I use my credit immediately because it would not be honored in the very near future with the changing of ownership. They are now refusing to honor my credit. Read moreI was sad to learn Yarn does not have a exchange policy. I bought yarn the day before, got it home, and realized I picked the wrong color. The owner of the store said they do not exchange yarn (note yarn was still wrapped up with tags). I had other knitting purchases to make as well, but left feeling disgruntled and empty handed.
