Toybox and Treasures is a fantastic not so little store to find all your video game needs. They have retro and new consoles and they can also repair them too. They have cables and controllers for like everything. They also have a ton of games for each of them. If you can't find what you are looking for then ask one of the owners. Chances are they can get their hands on it pretty quickly. They also buy used systems and games.
Besides video games Toybox also sell Pokémon cards and all sorts of related accessories and toys. They have some D&D stuff, Magic the Gathering, and a bunch of new anime stuff. My daughter loves checking out this newer section when she bites of looking at video games. Gives me a chance to keep browsing what I want to or to catch up with the owners.
I have been going to Toybox and Treasures since I was a young teenager. I have followed them to each new location since they were located in the old summit place mall. I have had nothing but great customer service and awesome advice from any of the owners or their kids. They really are a great family and I trust them.
I will be continuing to go to Toybox for all my retro gaming needs and even for some of my new gaming needs. I'm also proud to say that my daughter and husband are both major fans of the...
Read moreI had a lot of hope for this store. A little GEM among all the annoying gamestop's. The son of the owner is a pretty cool guy, but it doesn't seem like he's given much say in the business. I traded in some game accessories and was given $10 store credit. For literally 4 months I was trying to see if they had any Disney infinity characters for my kids. I brought them up a few times. The first time the son was really cool saying they had a bunch in the back but they were covered up by a bunch of stuff. He asked to come back next week so they had a chance to get them. This happened for 3 weeks straight. Then I would call every couple weeks and ask if they got to them, but each time they would say to call back in a week. So after like 4+ months I gave up. Still have ththe $10 store credit. Not sure if I'll use it ever. And the father/owner described exactly with the demeaning nature when buying stuff from you. Pretty much told me my stuff wasnt worth much and may have to use it for parts. Myself and my kids didnt seem to feel valued...
Read moreThe owners are super nice whenever I come in and sell or buy a game the manger give me a huge discount like one time I was buying Luigi mansion for the GameCube and I heard him talking how it was 50 but then he lowered it down to 20 for me if your a cool guy or really nice to them they will be nice back and they are really good with things like yeah stuff can be mess and sometimes you have to go back and re-fix something but that’s a human mistake and that’s alright trust me they will fix my new 3ds xl for around 10-20 bucks but at GameStop they told me it would be around 80-100 dollars which my parents were mad about so I suggest going here because they’re retro games and very nice costumers if your a nice person and trust me you always want to talk to the person who takes care of the place he’s the best if you come there a lot he will do something really nice for you :)
But it could use some cleaning sometimes it’s a little cramped but over all it’s a...
