Joe has helped me previously when I was out to help my niece, he gave me many options and not one was an over sell or shady attempt. I have been a customer at this Waterford location for 8 years and cannot complain. I have always received great service and the owner Joe really knows his products and the services that Boost Mobile provides. I am grateful for someone who will work with you and honestly informs you so that you can have the best deal and service. A few times within the past few years I had gone to other Boost Mobile locations for products or accessories and the people were not informative and seem to have an attitude. He genuinely tries to remember his return customers! Hes a very friendly guy who does his best to give you a product or plan that best fits your specific needs. (He doesnt try to bully my dear old mom into some fancy new phone everytime she come in to pay her bill- thats important to me!) And its very clean and relaxed in there.
