My daughter, grandson and I decided to stop here and get lunch on 4/23/24. We went in and sat ourselves. My grandson is 1 1/2 so we definitely needed a high chair or booster seat. We waited with no server, no menus, no highchair for 8 minutes before I went up to the front where a server was rolling silverware. She said someone would be right over to give us menus and a booster seat. No kidding when I say they dropped off the menus and not even 45 seconds later another waitress stops to ask if we were ready to order. At this point I just got the baby situated and didn’t even get a chance to open my menu. We said not yet…. Another 10 minutes go by and a different waitress stops over and asks if we are ready. We say yes. She then proceeds to say “can I get in here?” Before she even gets the whole sentence out of her mouth, she starts to sit down as my daughter who was sitting on the edge now is being forced to move into the booth so our waitress can sit while she takes our order. The food came out staggered. Every meal was served individually. Which is ok but as she is dropping off the last meal, she pulls out her bill for us and sets it down on the table and says “No rush this is just how I do it.” The bill came faster than the service and it was almost like she is in a rush to get us out of the restaurant. For food I got chicken parm. I asked for meat sauce. I think I saw 2 small ground up pieces of meat- it was mostly a watery mess spilling all over the side and onto the table. My daughter got an omelette- and usually the ingredients would be inside an omelette. Well not this one. The inside was all at the bottom of the plate and an egg was folded on top of it. I wish I would have taken pictures of the food. Overall just ...
Read moreOh man their service is always perfectly attentive, kind, knowledgeable and quick! Their food portions are excellent and their prices are super affordable for the portion sizes! I always have to get a box to take home some food because of how much I get and how much i can actually eat! I love their pot roast (for example) its 9.95, and the entire 1/2 of the plate is full of smashed mashed real potatoes, smothered in beef gravy with either a vegetable on the side or what i do is substitute the vegetable for more potatoes so it fills up 3/4 of my plate and on top of it goes the most tender and juicy beef that you dont even need a knife to cut, thr side of your fork will cut it down into bite sized pieces. All you have to do is worry about how much you can actually eat and how much is going home with you. They serve with all the meals the best and thickest homemade bread, and butter and jams, we always get extra to take home, and soup or salad. They also have breakfast specials that will blow your mind for $4, enough food for 2 people to eat. And other dinner specials that are 2 main entrees from the board for a very low, low price of $10.99! And they have a punch card club and i have included pictures of how much you get off...i just turned my 4th one in this summer so i am back no punches! I have included another picture of just a few of their specials and deals, everything is homemade/housemade and done perfectly! I have never ate one bad thing from this place i reccomend it to people...
Read moreThe wife and I went to have lunch here today. I went there before they changed over the new owner. Back then they used to have little mini jukeboxes to play music at the tables. So I figured it'd be nice to come in. Our waitress was very optimistic very nice. The only downfall was she didn't listen very well. My wife had ordered a particular thing that she wanted and the order was wrong they sent her the opposite what she ordered. And what I ordered I asked for it a certain way and it came to me dry and was pink. I realize that the waitress was there by herself taking orders but there was other people working there at least four or five other employees and I didn't see one of them taking any orders. I would suggest on a holiday weekend to make sure you have enough employees so this particular person doesn't get overwhelmed. I think she did the best she could she just needed to slow down take a deep breath and listen to what the customer asked for. Other than that it wasn't a bad experience. Unfortunately my wife doesn't want to come back though. And I don't blame her. Customer service is paramount and making sure things are done accurately and professionally. It starts with just listening. That's it nothing fancy, just take a second and listen to what the...
