Had to walk down the mountain while outrunning a freaking thunderstorm because they gave us the wrong direction's and followed the wrong path then shutdown the office/chairs and went home so nobody was around!!!!! Absolutely pathetic instructions/ guidance. I'd rather take my $60 and use it as toilet paper next time instead of dealing with that bull** again

And yes I know they said they shut down for 30min if thunder was heard. But after calling 3-4 times for advice and getting the wrong directions it was a joke on this...
