Very nice experience! It's been a few years since we've dined at an Outlaws; we were totally impressed with the revamped menu. Their focus on fresh ingredients and new combinations made it very challenging to choose just enough food for this meal!

Prices are not cheap, but not exorbitant, and honestly, the upscale menu offerings are worth a bit more. Everything came out to us beautifully plated. Cloth napkins, sturdy cutlery, and solid dinnerware (it's a pleasant dining experience, as opposed to a trip to Mickey D's).

We started with the charcuterie board (from their limited-time-only specials menu), which was incredibly good. My hubs ordered the walleye (perfectly seasoned with lemon pepper, and beautifully broiled), with a cup of french onion soup. The fish didn't taste at all "fishy," and I think the soup was the best I've ever tasted.

I got the Italian burger (burger topped with prosciutto, salami, lettuce, tomato, a thick slice of fresh mozzarella, and a perfectly seasoned garlic aioli), with a side salad. The burger was flame broiled, the fresh mozzarella was melting over all, the aioli was superb; the salad was a lovely mix of bite-sized greens (I hate it when huge chunks of salad greens require me to stuff my mouth like a ravenous lumberjack), with lots of diced tomato, shredded carrot, plenty of freshly shredded cheese (two kinds), chunky croutons, and 3 thinly sliced rings of onion. I got the house-made bleu cheese dressing, which was also the best I've ever tasted.

We really like the decor; a rustic-modern salute to our western heritage. And the service was excellent. Thank you, Linda, for your top notch suggestions and friendly, attentive service!

Suffice it to say we were not disappointed with anything we tried. We will gladly...

I actually don't leave reviews ever, first time doing this, I just feel the need to put this out there. I'm a very generous tipper, I had a great experience here once before when I brought my colleagues out for dinner but this time it was just awful. This time I brought my wife and kids here for dinner and spent $120 on complete and utter garbage. Needless to say, I won't personally risk the embarrassment professionally when I'm entertaining clients in the future. They won't see my group again. See bullets below for my explanation.

• it was the early evening, pretty quiet around the place and we waited 40 minutes for our food.

• the children's food came out barely warm like it had been sitting for good while. They had burgers off of the kids menu and I'm sure you all know what cold cheese "product" looks like. Fml their meals looked worse than a precooked store bought microwaved and forgotten meal.

• my wife had the salmon and it came out so over salted that i myself would be embarrassed to serve it in the privacy of my own home.

• the staff looked all to be around 18-21 with the exception of my waitress whom I actually felt bad for.

• when we walked in as a family we found the hostess and waitresses having a laugh between themselves and completely ignored the fact that we were waiting for a table (awkward 140 seconds). Totally unbecoming, unwelcoming and furthermore unprofessional. Not even and ," we will take care of you in a minute sir or ma'am."

In conclusion, save yourself the embarrassment and take your group or family to an establishment that has their ACT together. I regret not going to stonehome or outsiders or for Christsakes Taco Johns instead...

I'm a server and this place had the worst service I've ever had. Granted we had a larger party. I asked for water three times and never got it so I had no drink with my food. They missed putting in two of our salads with our food order. My little brothers nachos came out cold. The lady next to me ordered boneless wings and got traditional. We asked to talk to a manager and waited over 20 minutes after we were done eating and they never came over. They charged us full price for everything and told us they were just too busy. I was more then upset with the service. The food took over an hour to come out. Which is understandable because we had a party of 8 people but factored in with everything else it just wasnt a good experience. The only positive things I have to say was the food tasted good and the server named Kevin who would come by who wasn't our server was the only person who seemed to be very attentive when he would come by. He was the only person who asked us if we needed anything else and actually brought it to our table. But being a server for 4 years I know the ins and outs of the industry and I was really underwhelmed by the service of this place....

Really disappointed. If there is a bbq item (ribs, brisket, etc) I try it, but this is an extremely poor excuse for brisket. The brisket tastes packaged and like it was soaked in liquid smoke, it is chunked up instead of sliced and it is barely warm. I also asked for carmalized onions and cheese, but nothing. There is also too much sauce and the bun is soaked from it. The asparagus is large and woody. The coleslaw tastes like the cabbage was just mixed with miracle whip and it was thrown on a hot plate or sat under a heat lamp! The service is so-so at best. Waited almost 10 minutes before being asked if we had been waited on, but the staff was very friendly and well-meaning. My table mates tell me the steak is great so go with that if you visit here. Skip the brisket! UPDATE: They were nice enough to remove the meal from the bill and offered to make me something else; I declined as the rest of my table had nearly finished. I also had my lunch from here the following day and it was amazing! Moving from 2 to 3 stars. I have since spoke to other people who have been there and the steak is HIGHLY recommended.

Great place. Our work team came here twice in a row. Service by Tatum was excellent. Drinks were perfect. You gotta try the Bloody Mary it lacked nothing. Thanks to the bartender who made my favorite drink Lynchburg Lemonade. The dill soup was a must try. Weird but tasty. Even the salad was amazing, crisp fresh and tasty. The truffle fries are A1. Brussel Sprouts perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend this place.
