I’ve went there 10+ times, I’m all about customer service let me say that first. Well, needless to say they failed miserably. There was one lady who is no longer there who did beautiful nails, unfortunately although beautiful they several fell off within the 1st night, all the gems I paid extra for as well fell off within two-three days. When I went in they charged me to fix them although it wasn’t anything to do with my fault, regardless I paid. I decided to stop getting my nails done there. I gave the establishment a shot at doing waxing and it was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I went there twice for a simple eyebrow wax. The first time they were uneven and the wait time although they were very slow was ridiculous, gave them one more opportunity not only are my eyebrows completely messed up and uneven I was told 5 minutes waited 45 (almost walked out) and was Briefly shown a mirror when she was done, when I went back inside to voice my concern I was told to wait another 30 minutes.... are you serious. I decided whatever I’ll stop by on my way back through town and will get them taken care of, until I got home and realizes she dumped wax in my hair and on spots of my arm. I tried conditioning multiple times before combing gently through because they would not answer there phone. When I combed through it, it ripped out a patch of my hair. Read moreI went to Stella Nails & Spa just for a manicure, selected my gel color, and when she applied it I realized that was not the color I had selected. I did tell her, and she said it was the correct numbered bottle - which was true - but the bottle must have been numbered incorrectly. I objected to the color, but she kept painting anyway. I was unhappy, so I told her I'd rather have the lesser dollar package (silver) instead of the platinum package I had selected, as I did not want to pay upwards of 55 dollars when she did not want to correct the color mistake. The silver package was 25 to 40 dollars, which I figured I'd get charged maybe closer to the 25 since a mistake was made, but she charged me the whole 40 dollars (and I didn't have old polish to remove, which was part of that package), and again, I left with a color I did not want. (I wanted white, but I got a flesh colored polish, so it just looks like the rest of my finger. The only way you can tell my nails have polish is that they are shiny.) So I paid top dollar for something I did not want, and no effort was made to correct the mistake or compensate me for it. I won't...

Waited until 5 and walked out .Waited for an hour and a half while they let at least 5 other people who came in way after me go ahead of me. One lady who wasnt doing anything told me she didnt do full sets then went and did another cutomers full set. And told me i had to wait for another lady to do my nails who was working on one customers and had another still waiting which also came in after I did. I would have had to wait at least another hour on top of the hour or so it takes to do a full set. If i would have waited it out i wouldnt have gotten out of there until after 6 and they close at 5.
