I decided I needed to come and change my review because, while I still enjoy the food from here, pretty much every time I ordered a Red Bull or Iced Tea- they messed up my drink. I’ve stopped getting redbull from here altogether because, even when I ask for very light cream, they always put way too much in. it’s either that or they don’t put enough syrup in the redbull to make it taste the way it should. and it’s the same with the Lotuses as well. So I end up paying around $8 for a drink that tastes like it’s 60% cream, 30% redbull/lotus, and 10% fruity syrup. I hate being the person to give a terse review because I really did try to order it multiple different ways in order to see if I could get them to make it to taste the same as it does when I get it from other coffee shops but none of those attempted were successful and they just left me frustrated- so I can’t justify buying it from them anymore. My brother also went and got me a large Watermelon Iced Tea from them a couple days ago, that was supposed to have extra flavoring. That also tasted like it only had one flavor shot in it with a whole bunch of overly strong tea. it was just weird overall because it was like instead of putting extra flavoring in it they just dumped extra sugar in it without the flavoring even though my brother was adamant that he had said, extra flavoring, not just extra sweet. This also wasn’t the first time that this happened with the tea. I hate sounding super picky but i get the same drinks from other shops in town without having to add modifications to them, and I enjoy them from those other shops. Worst coffee experience. We watched 8 people in drive thru, and 3 others inside be helped before we got our order. We had 3 drinks, a muffin ( which we were given the wrong kind) a bagel and a pack of mini donuts. When we arrive a man was standing waiting for his single hazelnut drink. I dont know how long he was waiting before we arrived but he was there a good 10 min. No one else was in the store! We ordered and went to sit and wait. Another lady came in and ordered a drink and a bag of stuff she was out in under 5 min. Then another older lady came in got her drink in under 5 and was out. We were still waiting. My drink came out and my bagel. We waited I ended up going to the front and asking what was up. The girl was leaning against the counter playing on her phone as I stood in front. She said there was something wrong with her machine and would get the drinks made asap. She stood like that another 5 min. I ask again and at this point 5 more cars went through drive thru. We were there over 30 min and they had to fix one of the drinks before we left. We witness 3 girls playing with their hair putting in ponytails another making drinks wipe her nose on her hand!! I made a comment about it and they turned rude. I'm not trying to be a Karen but it does not take 30 min to make 3 drinks and heat a bagel. Very unprofessional. Like every other place, it is hit and miss with quality and customer service. I had quit coming here, but a week ago I thought we would try again.. it was good that time and gals were awesome, I didnt order the bullet proof coffee though. Today, however, sorry, this is the third time I ordered a Bullet proof in Watford city that was lukewarm and I asked them to make sure it was hot...also had an icicle fall in hood of pickup and they didnt seem to care. I mean it was startling and something the owners need to clean off, but the worker acted like it was nothing and my issue if dented pickup...i will check on that. It was a very weird reaction from them with one of the gals laughing in background. I will not stop by again. I didnt ask for a refund and left a tip like I always do. I think a bit more consideration would have been nice. Now I have cold coffee to drink while i drive an hour away.😥 I will stick with the other coffee kiosks in town now. It actually isn't wonderful when you pay ahead and tip only to have subpar quality and service. I mean when you pay over $36 and tip $5 and a lot of times $10 twice or more a week at a place I prefer to have hot...
