A Cuban Experience — Attraction in Waukegan

This gem in Waukegan is worth the trip. I found myself in the area and looking for a place for cigars. If you were passing by, you couldn't tell from the street that a spacious cigar bar was inside! Upon entry, I was immediately awed by the layout. It's got seating for a good 40-50 ppl (in comfy leather couches) with enough room to house many times that if ppl are standing.

The humidor had good options; not the biggest in IL but I liked they offered all the big names, along with their own house blend. Speaking of the house blend - there's literally a lady in the lounge sitting at a roller's table! The sticks were priced reasonably, and you're allowed to sit in the lounge for free with any stick purchase. If you bring something in from the outside, I think the cutting fee is $20. I also believe it's BYOB (but can't confirm because I didn't see anyone with booze.)

The one drag is they close early; 7pm most days but open until 10pm on Wednesdays as they have a live band. If you're in that neck of the woods, I highly recommend this...

First time hearing about this place. I am not a cigar smoker nor are my friends but as guys night out and a friends bday, we chose to go here. It exceeded all expectations I had. Walking in, it is a huge room with a great ambiance. Salsa music was playing so it felt very tropical. Their are sections for each group with very comfortable and up to date recliners for each person. A flat screen TV for your group to watch the game and its BYOB! My 5 friends walked in the humidor and we were greeted by Billy who helped us with our cigar selection. He was very knowledgeable and didn't make us feel like we were breaking the bank and let us beginners know what cigar would be good for our palette as he described. They have dominos and chess in the back which reminded me of Little Havana as I have not been to Cuba. I would definitely recommend to the beginner and even the expert cigar...

An excellent getaway from a busy Chicago life. Open seating in perfect 5-7 circles of casual pods. 50 leather recliners for all your friends and family. A gaming area for cards, dominos and whatever you desire tableside. Or if you desire, watch whatever you want on 5 big screen high definition TV's.

An honor system refrigerator, stocked with sodas, water and condiments. Bring your booze, rent an affordable locker, stock it with affordable cigars from their custom Spanish cedar walk in humidor.

Luis and Billy have a warm inviting personality, with actual rolling demonstrations, top cigar manufacturer sponsored events, pig roasts, music and knowledge second to none in the Chicagoland region.
