This is how my experience went. I was able to order online and charged my card. Ok so far so good but when I walked the block and a half to the place it WASNT opened( this was Thursday the 22nd at 2;45 pm). I called the place 3 times and left voice message and still 3 days later nothing

I called my credit card company and filled a complaint

Went there yesterday for lunch after a friend told me about them. Tried to order a burrito, but they didn't have any meat, tried to order nachos and they didn't have any of those either. Wound up ordering a roast beef sandwich and it barely had any roast beef on it.

And on top of that the sandwich was $9.99 for what basically equates to a 6in sandwich.

All and all most definitely not...

My experience at Tolu Volu was a good one. It is a fledgling restaurant in downtown Waukegan that looks very much like the Subway whose space it now inhabits. I ordered three beef tacos to go which were very affordable and made quickly. More importantly: they tasted good. I look forward to seeing...
