iNET PC — Attraction in Waukesha

Recent convert to Inet PC. having been out of the IT business for more than a decade i had zero desire to ever fight through building a new PC . when it came time to upgrade my old one i decided to buy a new one at best buy. after doing some simple research on the best buy brands from dell and alienware i quickly deciphered they were hocking off utter junk systems with inferior parts for the prices being charged. i then remembered hearing Inet commercials on the radio and thought why not just have a top of the line system built exactly how i wanted...

the Inet folks were incredibly awesome and quickly had a quote for a top end gaming system i asked for. it came in at the same price i would have paid for a far inferior system from best buy. when i got it home it was the very first time i had not uttered a single swear or thrown anything across the room in frustration. everything was configured exactly how i wanted it all i had to do was plug in the keyboard mouse headset from my old computer. no driver hunting no websurfing trying to trouble shoot just a pleasent experience for the first tim in forever getting a new computer to go. Inet techs even installed the needed drivers for my new printer!!

Not a great picture but Greg B at iNet made this whole stressful situation I was in so cool calm and collected. Long story short, I’m a freelance videographer and editor. I was working on a piece for a client when my pc crashed. Wouldn’t turn back on. Hyperventilated for a sec and then I had to call a few places to get myself up and running as fast as possible. We all know sometimes we wait a week to two. In 3 days…3 DAYS, they got me up and running. Not only that, in those few days they REBUILT my pc. I have a whole new baby! I hope you can grasp that 3 days is not a lot of time. Alex and Travis, iNet Techs, are angels and iNet is filled with tremendously passionate and skilled workers of their craft. They built me a monster, that I can edit higher res footage with out the bog session my other pc performed.

I built my own PC for gaming and after about a year started experiencing intermittent crashing and it seemed to give me a different error code each time. Best Buy's Geek squad recommended replacing the motherboard and RAM and neither of those approaches solved the issue.

Brought my PC to iNet next and they figured out it was a bad power supply and a blown core in the CPU! They also replaced the power supply and were able to get me a new CPU from Intel on warranty, saving me over $200. Got the PC back from them and I haven't had a single issue since then!

Special shout-out to Travis, who did better work in two days than Best Buy's Geek Squad could do in two weeks! I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Service was quick and the staff was knowledgeable and communicative at each step of the...
