Starbucks — Restaurant in Waukesha

Ordered 2 drinks and a scone, heard my name - come up to the stand with 1 drink and scone waiting for me. Stood there waiting on my second drink for about 10 min without ever being acknowledged by the rude female worker who seemed to be in a bad mood, dropping cups and huffing and puffing. After I realized that she has no intentions on checking up on me and already made past few orders after mine I asked her if she was still working on my second drink. No apologies, no comment, just made the second drink and placed it with the rest of my order and walked away without saying anything. This is the worst Starbucks in Waukesha. They are so slow every time I go there even when there are several employees working. I always do mobile order to get my order “faster” but they keep the mobile orders behind the counter and don’t let people waiting for them know they are done! All other Starbucks locations I’ve been to keep them behind the counter but have someone taking care of just mobile orders or at least call out the persons name before putting it behind the counter. The system is not efficient! I would get my drink faster if I waited in the drive through line that goes all the way out to the street before I got my mobile order because they just let them sit and pay no attention to the customers coming...

9/15 @ 8:05AM, Walked-in & ordered a Venti dark roast, my usual. The girl game me a price of $4.80 which I questioned. I was here yesterday and a venti coffee was $3.41 tax included, then she had to ask for hel[p clearing the order & new charge was $3.94 to which I looked at her and said "really???". Deer in the headlights. I took my coffee and left. On 9/12 I was in this same store, waited at least 5-6 minutes & ordered a tall Pike Place. By the time my order was scanned it was after the 11AM deadline for a current rewards star promotion.
