Guanajuato Mix — Restaurant in Waukesha

Family run spot, everyone there is so nice and the food is excellent! I got the tacos and they were just phenomenal and their salsa is really good too. I would say their elote is the best though, it's loose corn with mayo, cheese, and tajin and you just can't stop eating it. The atmosphere especially was also very nice. It's on the corner of a commercial park but the seating is under this little tree, and at sunset it is absolutely gorgeous because the sun overlooks the food truck. Love this place! Used to be under Tacos Tutis, now they renamed to Guanajuato Mix. Same ownership! Lovely people, great food! My favorite is definitely the burrito 🌯 stuffed with everythinggggg!! WORTH...
