Verlo Mattress — Hotel in Waukesha

Finding sheets for v11 mattress is a problem! Don't let the Salesperson tell you different. Another reviewer said she had purchased a bed she couldn't find sheets to fit. Prior to purchasing a v11 mattress, we were assured that they did in fact have sheets to fit our mattress, but they would have to order them. So we placed our order for a mattress, mattress pad, and sheets. The new mattress and mattress pad were delivered without the special order sheets. We made another trip back to pickup the sheets a week later to discover that they did NOT fit, not even close! So, buyer beware, these mattresses are so thick we cannot find a local supplier for fitted sheets! But for some strange reason, the mattress pad did fit fine. We spent an entire day searching online for extra deep fitted sheets, and we found a much higher quality set for 1/2 the price found at Verlo. We can only hope they fit when they arrive. Also beware there are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS per the BACK PAGE nobody made us aware of. The purchase of our mattress became an expensive, regretful experience due to the back side of the page small print, and what we feel are grossly overpriced bed sheets that don't even fit. We would not have purchased a v11 had we known these small, but important details. Bottom line: We suggest avoiding the v11 mattress and sourcing standard size...

CRINGE WORTHY or maybe NOT!!!

We have bought all our mattresses at Verlo. As our kids matured from kids to young adults, we've bought both of them queens of their choice. Our daughter 2 years ago, and then our son 6 months ago. They love their beds.

I was introduced to Verlo in the early '90s. As a 70's kid, I was raised on a full-size mattress, once on my own, and began to make money my first "major" purchase was a mattress that I fit on. At my peak I was 6'6" by twelve I was 6'1". Stock mattresses were the norm and I grow up never having my body fully on a mattress. So sometime in the early 90s I had Verlo make me a custom mattress. It is a Cal. King plus =8" of length added. It's a quilted double-sided mattress and (INSERT CRINGE) I still sleep on it to this day (30 YEARS!!!). We flip it when we remember, it has a mattress bag over it. It is still TO THIS DAY AN AMAZING MATTRESS. Ask yourself, how many things do you own that are 30 years old and that are still good???

My husband was told we needed to wait 4 weeks for the break in period. After 4 nights, I have called again. We wake with numbness in our limbs due to the bed being too firm and my husband can't move without pain. The sample in store did not feel this way and we weren't offered an opportunity to do a sleep test. I had even commented while shopping that every bed felt the same to me. This review will be modified pending my satisfaction upon getting an adjustment to my bed. UPDATE: Verlo picked up our mattress and, by the next day, had adjusted us to a softer comfort.
