Read moreTook in my wife's MK watch and my Movado chrono watch in to have batteries replaced. Wife's watch was a breeze for the gentleman but the Movado was another story. He spent about 5 min trying to open the back without any luck. He came to the counter and said it was on really tight and picked up a swiss army knife and went over to try and pry open the back which made me a bit nervous. Well, he ended up gouging the back to the point where it is sharp to the touch. I took my vintage Omega that wasn't working to WatchCircle, and right away Eugene opened the case and inspected it (the guy at Quick Fix didn't even look at my watch and quoted me $250 to diagnose the problem). Eugene quoted me $120 to overhaul and would call if it needed parts. It took them only 3 days to overhaul my watch and they replaced a part for $20.
