Excellent! Do not hesitate to book! We scheduled a private event on a Saturday night for candle making. Our group of 12 was quite eccentric, ages ranged between 14 and 84 with varying skill levels. Jenny was so very patient and kind. She took the time to explain the process, had the patience of a saint while helping all of us and assisted in guiding the creative spark in each of us. It was a great experience that everyone enjoyed. We were celebrating as well and were able to bring in food and drink which was awesome. Jenny also played the music of our choice. Because of the unusual group that we had, everything took longer and she was so kind to allow us to stay late and finish up. Stellar customer service and an excellent instructor. We had Pretty Please create an amazing and memorable golden birthday for my daughter who loves bees. Jenny created a beautiful and fun Queen Bee birthday for her. From and amazing indoor picnic with beautiful floor cushions and table to a fancy lace teepee with loads of pillows for the kids to sit on, fancy "champagne" flutes, plates, a little bluetooth boombox for music. Every single detail was well thought out and I didn't have to lift a finger. We had an 8th grade and high school graduation party for our grandsons July 2021. Jenny did a dessert table set up for our us and also had banners made for each of the boys with photos from their ceremonies. Her attention to detail is remarkable and creativity out of this world. We ordered cupcakes and cookies that she customized based on the school colors; they were a huge hit! She was punctual, set up quickly and was very professional.
