T Mobile is very disappointing. The staff is rude. Getting phone service to switch was a 14 hr experience in 3 days. My previous carrier sold me two phones, opened the account, mailed both phones all in less than 40 minutes. Called customer service and once was hung up on, another call I could not hear the person but they evidently ignored me so I had to hang up.
