I got my nipples pierced here during their summer bash on July 20 since I'd been meaning to get them pierced and figured I might as well save a few bucks, and the piercer was really nice but I ended up experiencing a problem that I've seen a few other reviews mention. When she marked the dots where the jewelry would go they looked perfect, and the first one she pierced looked amazing, but the second one only hit the entrance mark and completely missed the exit mark, and instead came out right next to the dot and hence more forward on the nipple. Now when looking down at them one lays flat and the other sits diagonally. I didn't realize until I got home because she immediately handed me some napkins to put in my bra after finishing up the second piercing and I had foolishly assumed the second one looked as good as the first so I just covered them up and carried on with my day instead of checking the mirror again. I really don't want to risk any scar tissue forming from taking it out and getting it re pierced, not to mention having to pay more money and risking another messy result, so now I just have to live with it and hope other folks can learn from my misfortune. I can't speak for any other piercings but I do NOT suggest getting nipple...
Read moreEDITED Went in for a “get what you get tattoo, and was excited when Esteban was willing to tweak the tattoo a bit to fit my aesthetic a bit more. I have multiple tattoos that never bothered me much, but turns out he has a super heavy hand after consulting with a friend who got tattooed by him that felt the same way. My tattoo ended up being super hot and almost bruised looking the next day. Faint line was from day 2, new line from day 3. Still waiting on the healing process to finish, will update when it has. Hopefully, for the sake of the shop, it looks better healed than it does now. It’s not looking great, though. Great conversations and vibes, the work doesn’t equal up.
The owner reached out to me and was very civil. Definitely wants to make things right. I have no doubt if I don’t love every part of this tattoo, he is willing to do what it takes to get there. I appreciate it so much and look forward to working with this shop again. Alex, if you see this, please let Este know I have no ill feelings towards him. He’s...
Read moreI had an appointment with Amanda at Southbound Tattoos in Waxahachie and things didn’t go well. First off in a place of business an appointment is an appointment and if you’re going to be out on sick leave. It is your responsibility to share that information with the client before the appointment time and date. If you have to get another employee to step in for your absence it’s your responsibility to inform your employer about the issue. The employee that was supposed to take your place on 9/20/24 didn’t honor the fact that the piercing that I was suppose to get was a redo do to the fact that it was not properly put in and it fell out.She was like for the simple fact that she was going to do it that I would have to pay her again and that’s a bunch of BS.So basically Southbound Tattoos Employees doesn’t honor their word are value there customers. That was very bad for business 👎🏾I’m definitely not...
