I went in on a Monday. Wanted to get a link taken out of a watch. Unfortunately the lady that does works Tues - Sat. The gentleman who did great me though was kind as could be. Coolest part is they have a nice selection of case knives, like the one your daddy gave ya. It’s 10 bucks to take out a link. Not the worst price. Kay’s Jewelry will charge you 25. For what you’re doing I’d say offer it as a service. If you need a link removed amazons 8 dollar one works great and you won’t have to worry about it again. It’s easy, and if you can’t figure it out by looking at it YouTube is a click away. However, this isn’t a watch shop. The store was very inviting and clean. The customer service was top notch.
