GrettaLuxe — Attraction in Wellesley

Love Love Love the sweater but even more importantly I LOVE Gretta’s customer service. I am a longtime fan of R13 but the sizing in their items can be drastically different from even their own standards. I shopped with Gretta for the first time, purchased an R13 item and it didn’t fit. Well, just one email explaining I needed to exchange the item, Greta went out of their way to take the size I needed, place it on hold, and Dave it until the original item returned to them. I didn’t have to worry about the new size selling out. Gretta Luxe has long been the only store in Wellesley that caters to people who want fashionable, well-made clothing. I love the range of brands and styles that they carry, particularly their selection of jackets and jeans. It's pretty much the only shop around that carries some of the smaller luxury/mid-range brands, which I love because it means I can actually see how things will fit rather than just purchasing online. I have been coming to Grettacole for 23 years... there are not enough accolades on the planet to describe " my girls" at the salon!.... feels a lot more than just haircuts and manicures... it's family and friendship! I'm there weekly and be it color with Laurie, cut with Andrea or Manicure with Faina... it's a bright spot in my week! Tons of love for Kris at the desk who truly deserves the Nobel Peace Prize!
