Worst Jewelry repair shop in Weslaco. They took 2 months to replace a small diamond from one ring and to resize 2 small thin rings from a 7 to a 5. I believe they just had the rings there for a month not doing anything as a was informed. They informed me that after they realized they had the rings, they had to send it off just to replace the diamond because the jeweler obviously is not that skilled because he could not do it himself. They even bonded the rings together , they are an engagement ring and a wedding ring, separate not suppose to be bonded. That's the way I gave it to them. I went in looking for a specific style of earring, and Ben was very helpful in showing a variety and selection. Although there were several beautiful pieces, I decided to get custom gold hoop earrings with an emerald stone attached. Both Lily and Ben were very helpful with the details and options. Throughout the process, I was updated and was able to see the individual pieces before the final earring was assembled. The pictures don't do it justice, but these came out beautifully! This store is supposed to have amazing jewelry repair but that’s not what I experienced. They had my ring sitting at their store untouched & barely called today saying they can’t work on my ring unless they can add a missing stone that they so conveniently don’t have in stock. What a way to up charge & rip someone off. This ring was supposed to be a birthday gift for tomorrow. It’s just very unprofessional on their end to wait till the day before.
