Maurices — Attraction in West Bend

I will no longer shop at this location. I was trying to do a few returns here. From the minute I walked in this associate was so rude to me. She was in a shiny Jean skirt with frayed hems and a black open work crochet top. With long black hair straight hair. She would not help me with the return and kept saying items were not coming up even though it clearly shows on my order. I had come straight in from the stable, and i had not changed clothes. She made comments to her coworker and smelled every item i brought in, even though i have neve worn or washed them and they still had the tags on them and they had been sitting in the bags they came in until this morning. She also sprayed perfume while she was "helping" me with this return. Her actions made me feel so very uncomfortable, to the point that I no longer wanted to go forward with the transaction. So I asked for my items back so I can go to a different store to return my items and shop. I will continue to find other locations to shop at, where I know I will not be made fun of and feel ashamed for coming in my...

Had to bring in a top to exchange for a smaller size. There was not one available in the store. The clerk, Addison offered to check to see if was available for order to send direct to my house. She was very efficient and got it handled. I received the new top in the mail 2 days later. I was very pleased as it was a present for my sister who loved it.
