Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Bend

Honestly the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I went there with a friend and we did not make a mess or anything of the sort. We must have stayed a bit late without realizing it because the waitress made a small joke about having to stay late, but it seemed in good heart so we laughed along with her. A week later I go in with my girlfriend and see the same waitress and she makes eye contact with me, glares, and shakes her head. She then goes to the back kitchen, talks to another waitress, they both look over and glare at me. They then proceed to give us the worst service ever because apparently my friend and I made the one waitress stay late to clean up our supposed mess and then we laughed in her face. We would never do anything like that. We're good guys and we worked in retail at the time, we just would never treat an employee anywhere like that. We can relate to horrible customers, and we hate them just as much as she does, why would we BE those horrible customers? She could have said, "hey guys closing up shop soon just letting you know.," and we would have gotten the hint. We DID NOT make a mess because again, I would never do that. Anyway, back to my experience there with my girlfriend, we got our pizza about an hour later and nasty glares and comments. I have no idea why we stayed. I should have flipped the pizza onto the floor and said f%# you and left, but this was awhile ago and I have more confidence now. I foolishly paid my bill but felt that leaving these idiots no tip was a good way to go. I wrote the manager but all she said was that she agrees with me and then gave me a coupon for 10 dollars off a pizza. Whatever, who knows if she even cares, just trying to appease me. I told her I would never spend a dime at that place again, and I'll encourage my friends to do the same. I never got the chance to write a review until now. This still irritates the hell out of me. On top of that, the restaurant is terrible. It is so old and dingy, the seats are terrible and sunken, the pizza will make you sick. Honestly, just avoid at all costs, go to a different Pizza Hut. Let this one...

My order was a half an hour late, ordered 6 wings with my order and received five. Upon my order being delivered and the delivery driver receiving more then fair tip, the police show up at our door stating that our Pizza Hut delivery driver called them to report someone "driving over a snow bank". (My completely sober brother happened to have left to Walgreens at the time the delivery driver delivered the food) I don't know how it's possible to "drive over a snow bank" even parked on a street, clear of snow banks?? The police officer CLEARLY saw no one was in harm's way and were completely sober and left within minutes. What a waste of West Bend police resources. I called the Pizza Hut back to speak with the driver and the person who answered (Allan) tells me the delivery driver has left and is no longer working for the night. When I ask Allan the name of the delivery driver, he puts me on hold then comes back and says "I can't actually tell you his name, he was a borrowed employee." Borrowed employee? You don't know the names of people working for you?! Come to find out later the driver was in fact still working. If a Manager would like to contact me to verify this, please feel free. ALL of my phone calls are recorded, so I can verify the information that wasn't given. To the delivery driver- mind your own business next time and do what you SHOULD do best (But ultimately failed) deliver an order placed and learn to have better...

I am so done with our location. I have ordered carry out normally in the past and I have had complaints but I said nothing because it won't change anything, assumed it would not keep happening if I try going on different shifts. but now that I figured I would try again since it's been awhile, since the cheesy bites pizza is back. Still dissspointed I will not be returning. Our cheesy bites pizza crust had no cheese inside how did it ooze out but it's not in the box, it was super hard. Cheesy breadsticks same hard as a rock, no cheese its actually burnt like no cheese how do you make cheesy breadsticks like regular breadsticks I am seeing obviously this location cant make anything with fresh cheese or without burning it. Cinnabon were fresh, not burnt. Service for delivery was super fast within 30 minutes, delivery driver was very nice. Really sad that again dissapointed a household with the end results, the very important part food. People do have to work for a living so when they want to order food from an establishment they dont want it to be a waist of money and have to go elsewhere because what was bought here was complete garbage please consider asking yourself would you eat what you are makeing for your paying customers who are paying for you to operate at...
