Just had a wonderful experience choosing a new mattress. We were fortunate enough to have worked with Reese at Mattress Firm. His knowledge, attitude and just the right amount of personal touch without any pushy sales speak made our decision and purchase a pleasurable event. He guided us through choosing the right mattress with thorough explanations with advantages and disadvantages of each one we tried. He gave us space while we sampled each prospective mattress and was there to answer all of our questions. Once our decision was made Reese strategically lead us through the purchase portion of our visit, covering all aspects from delivery, pricing to financing. Great experience working with Reese and Shauna!! They are both really knowledgeable and helped make the decision a lot easier. Everything was quick and easy to do and they were able to have it ship the next weekend which was the only time we had available. Wonderful experience in the store!

I don’t want to lower my review because of the delivery but not as great of an experience with them. They did show up on time but they were in such a rush I think they forgot to clean up after themselves. They also cross threaded most of the legs on the base. Thankfully I checked through the room before my dogs as there was a box cutter blade left on the floor within the carpet. My husband and I had a great experience at Mattress Firm! We came in a little more than an hour before they closed, but the assistant manager Kalen didn't make us feel rushed at all! He took his time to really help us choose the best mattress for us (we previously had my parents' hand-me-down mattress and had no idea where to even begin). Kalen was extremely helpful, very clear, and so nice! We walked away feeling really confident in our choice because he explained everything so thoroughly. We ordered the mattress Thursday evening and it will be delivered Monday, so also a quick turnaround! We ordered a Tempur-Pedic and were impressed by the selection and range that they had.
