Dunn Brothers Coffee — Restaurant in West Bend

I love the drink options on the menu, and the lavender London fog tea drink is one of my favorites. I haven't tried any of the food options yet, though. Everyone whom I've interacted with is friendly and helpful. The only thing that I've found frustrating is the order-ahead option on the app. I understand that it can take time for a drink to be made, but it seems like the default option is always a half-hour in terms of how quickly my order will be available. I don't always have the time to wait, so I've gone with other coffee shops if I'm pressed for time. Other than that, I prefer to shop and eat local, so I do try to visit Dunn Brothers as...

This place has good coffee and good food however it disappoints often with its customized hours. You never know if they are going to be closed, it’s often and for reasons that are not legit. Today they were closed because it was too hot…. Come on, this is a perfect example and reflection of today’s society and work ethic. Why couldn’t they stay open until 10 or 11 then close because when I was there it was not hot at all or stop selling food whatever you need to do but don’t close. Sad but I am no longer going to waste my time and find out they are closed because they decided to be. Starbucks wins again...

Always pick this place over any other! Owner is kind, hardworking, and always upbeat. Staff are trained well and I have never had a bad experience. I really never get food (besides the acai bowl- which is GREAT) but all the variety of coffee/tea/smoothie drinks I've had over the years never disappoint. My sisters(leaving review under husbands account lol) and I always enjoy coming here- can't wait for dine in to open again!
