I love Cousin's. But this is hands down the best location ever. Their food is fresher, their bread is softer, the ingredients are of the highest quality. Locally franchised by a truly compassionate, caring member of our community. Besides this food being delicious and the staff being outstanding, the owner does wonderful things for our community in gives back to so many charities, and does positive things for healthcare workers etc. I just don't know this place is so much better than all the rest. And I know it begins with the food and the next step is a staff, and his staff is amazing. The manager Pam is nothing short of amazing. She will assure that your order is correct, hot, fresh. You will be asked if you need utensils if you need napkins, if you want your receipt. They will talk to you about reward points. And they will leave you with a smile on your face. Currently now they are featuring a Muenster Mash sandwich that is absolutely delicious. You can get steak or chicken, I chose steak, Muenster cheese, bacon and optional pepper Mash jam. Today I tried to order food for my mom who lives in West Bend through Door Dash unfortunately if you live all the way near Dallas, Texas, the Food Service Apps don't work for ya that way. I decided to call to see if the store could take my order for me so I could surprise my mother whom has been going through hell with chemo treatments to have some lunch delivered to her. I wanted to give Zach (I hope I spelled your name correctly) a special shot out. He took my order and said he could have it delivered to my mother across the street (kinda). Zach I give you absolutely 100 STARS for helping me making my mother feel special and loved today. The amount of side affects and exertion she has experienced the last several months alone have been unbearablefor her to do things..this made her month she said. Very disappointed in the young men who were working tonight. I am visiting my boyfriend from the other side of the state and we don't have a Cousin's Sub in our area, so I was excited to come to town and stop in. Granted, it was later at night, but the boys working tonight (in the 8:00 hour) were not professional at all. The one who was in charge asked my boyfriend who was questioning the total because we were overcharged after presenting a couple coupons if he could just give him a free sub "to just get this over with." Very unprofessional. After it was resolved, we still didn't have all of our items we paid for....
