Pinot's Palette — Attraction in West Chester Township

I arrived 15 minutes early and found everyone had already picked their colors for their blanket leaving me with what was left. I didn't think that was right, the class time was 1-4, not earlier. I was very irritated on more than one occasion I asked for the outside door to be closed because I was freezing in the room and on more than one occasion the door was reopened because people were hot. I was told they were trying to accommodate those that were too warm. Then turn the heat down, you don't open the door in the middle of DECEMBER! I was offered to be moved to another room which really upset me ...I should be moved to another room, away from the class and the little bit of help I got because I'm cold? Really??? I will NOT be back!! I completed their survey with this same exact information and in return received the following "canned reply" ....

I didn't have a "fun time" because I was COLD! You don't open the doors in the middle of December to accommodate someone! This "canned response" sealed the deal even more that I won't return. This class and lack of professionalism was too expensive to have been treated, more than once, VERY RUDELY... including...

Let me start by saying Teri and Eliora (I pray I spelled her name correctly) are AMAZING! I booked a private party for my birthday and every minute of my night was WONDERFUL! As soon as I walked in I could feel the positivity and the good energy in the room.. The whole planning process was a breeze Terri is amazing and she answered all of questions and was very flexible with my crazy requests. Their website for private parties is very organized, user friendly, and easy to navigate. This was a big deal for me because other facilities in the area aren’t as organized. Eloria is such a sweetheart and so very helpful. I will definitely be visiting them again soon and I will be encouraging others to visit too. I love the fact they have a bar inside the facility YESSS they put the SIP in sip and paint! LOL!!! (other facilities in the area DON’T). All in all I give them a 10 out of 10 and want to thank them again for helping me celebrate...

Finally able to get back to the studio for a good time with family I dint get to see often enough. This class was a little different from the past times as instead of everyone painting the same picture selection we were painting portraits of our pets. A little higher price from regular class but you send a pic of the pet and then they print your photo on the canvas in a kind of gray scale to give you the outline with the shading you will need to make this your pet. I loved this class and will be coming back again to get all of my pets portraits painted by me. Even if you have never tried painting before you will be surprised at the final piece you create. The staff will not let you leave with a painting you don't like. And they will help you get the look you are going for. It is a good time to stop from your busy day, sip some wine or beer, and catch up with friends while making a portrait you will be proud to hang...
