Every time I have visited this Starbucks, I have run into 1 problem or another. This is the one of the very few Starbucks I have problems with. This time, I had a email for 2 free handcrafted drinks. Any size and any flavor. (I am a charge card holder) I showed the girl my email, she read it, then I switched to my scan card. She scanned it, and said it took off $5.00 and asked if that was ok? Well the charge was almost $10.00 so I told her it was not ok. She read the email again and called over her supervisor. She read the email and came to the same conclusion. $5.00 off. I said that the email says 2 handcrafted drinks. She agreed with me, but said the computer is only letting her take off $5.00. I stated what my order was again but to the guy who had made my drink and he stated, "Oh! That's not on there," while showing me the cup. My response was, "I don't work here". There's no way for me to know what it should say. He goes to put caramel on top of my drink, which is again, not what I stated was my order. Strike 2. They messed up my drink twice and offered to remake it. I was just done and stated I wanted a refund. The attitude of the male barista was so off putting. He rushed to the register and handed me a receipt that wasn't even for my order. I just left without my drink and am super disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location.
