I hope this reviews helps the business to improve slightly.

First time was okay, ordered a Strawberry Dubai Chocolate Cup which took some time since they didn’t have any ready at the moment so I thought it was normal. Second time, we ordered two coffees and one Nutella milkshake. It took a very long time as well, I could see other people looking around to see where their order was and going up to ask how much longer it was going to take. I hate to be that type of person but I had to do the same after waiting 37 mins (9:10-9:46 pm). My sister made an additional order afterwards that took about 25-30 mins.

Food: • The strawberries with the Dubai chocolate were great. • The coffees were okay, they were filled a little bit more than half way and didn’t really taste like coffee, they felt watered down. To improve I suggest increasing the concentration of coffee a little more in the machine and getting the quantity right. Each one is $5, so I would at least expect them to be decent. • The Milkshake was okay as well, it was more on the liquidy side instead of being thicker how they should be.

This isn’t just a complain but I aim it to be more like constructive criticism. This is a good business and an enjoyable place to be but things like efficiency and consistency of the products can definitely be improved. I hope this review points at some of the flaws that can be...

Drove here to try the "famous" Dubai strawberry cup along with a bubble waffle and was told they were on a 40 min wait (at 9:40 at night). After looking around at how packed they were, and knowing they make everything to order, i was honestly shocked it was only that long of a wait (and in reality it was only a 22 min wait). All this to say this place is VERY popular, for good reason, which means they're busy. Between customers and door dash orders it can be hard to walk but the food is worth it. BE PATIENT and you won't be disappointed.

Also, be kind, I saw so many customers and dashers be rude to the staff over wait times or very small mistakes. They're human, mistakes happen, and the attitudes were unnecessary. They were running around like crazy and no one stood still for more than a minute and that was only to take another order.

I'll be back for sure and encourage others to do the same. The menu is huge and there is something for everyone. And as an added bonus it smells delicious while you wait!

Please note: I came during a holiday (Ramadan) which I'm sure added to the late night insanity but be prepared to wait at least 20 min as again it's all made...

I recently visited this cafe and honestly, I was really disappointed with the customer service. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we weren’t welcome. No greeting, no smile just a general lack of acknowledgment. From past experience with his bakery next door, unless the owner knows you personally or you are an Arabic speaker, you don’t really matter.

The space itself is beautiful, and I really wanted to support a Muslim owned business, but it’s hard to do that when the service is this bad. I ordered ice cream (which came in ridiculously tiny scoops) and a latte. I asked them to hold off on making the latte until I was done with the ice cream, and I even went up to the counter again to remind them. But when my husband went to pick up the ice cream, they had already made the latte. We asked if they could remake it because we wanted to enjoy the ice cream and socialize during our family outing, and I didn’t want my drink getting cold. Instead, they just took the cup to the back and brought it back out, clearly not remade.
