La Hacienda Brands, Inc. — Attraction in West Chicago Township

This store is like a big-box store with a Mexican twist. You kind find anything and everything and for a very affordable price. They have bread, candy galore, clay pots, books, spices and a bunch of other stuff perfect for your next Mexican party or if you're a seller this is your spot. Just a heads up, getting to this place is a little tricky bc is between other warehouses and trailers are unloading and stuff. But once you get there, there's a bunch of free parking. Also, they open pretty early as well as they close early. If you have small children like I do is best if you don't bring them bc they are constantly using forklifts and ppl are shopping with their big carts so it gets a bit hectic. Big store and cheap but the employee’s are not so polite. None of them greet you and we had an incident where the cashier with the name of Elizabeth, told us to go to a different line but apparently was not not speaking to us and got mad over it and still came up to me and told me she wasn’t talking to me, AFTER the fact that someone had already charged us. I have always stopped there every time I have a chance and had wonderful customer service until now. Manager was rude!! We understand as an individual if you speak to us, but once you start yelling as if we were your employee seems outrageous. Especially if we weren’t being rude and little us because we were women.
