Then, when I went back to get my money, I showed her the beer was $8.99. She tried to refund me $7.00 and said that's tax. I said how much was tax? A $3.00 tax are you kidding me. Furthermore she said she thought I was buying the beer I used to show her the price. That doesn't even add up.

Great selection of gracery items in a small convenience store, as well as excellent takeout and butcher, not to mention having a good selection if liquor sodas and juices. (not just the usual stuff a lot of extra tasty abd more unusual things available as well) well stocked in small household needs and smokes too. Just all around the most wonderful little store that excells at providing everything you could really want from a convenience store in one stop at excellent prices and with friendly staff. I go...

Love this place, been coming here since the 80s. We always called it La Coca!. Maybe because they had a coke cola sign outside, but anyway the food here is delicious!!!. Menudo here is my favorite hands down. Nobody makes menudo better than these guys. Beto is still the owner and I want to thank him for staying loyal to the community. We Support La Providencia.
