I gave Pagoda Red an antique Chinese item on consignment.
They ended up selling my item!
The only problem was they sold my item at a warehouse sale, without contacting me in any way, without telling my item was going to their warehouse sale, for 6% of the amount I was told my item would realize.
I had to reach out to them for Pagoda Red to even issue me a check by mail.
If you want a $1,000 item of yours to be sold for $60 then this is the place for you.
Thanks for the $60 Pagoda Red!
(Regarding the response from the owner) Literally no "solutions" were offered. Solutions would require communication prior to selling my item which simply wasn't done in my case. No email, no phone call, no letter, nothing. I have nothing to discuss further with Pagoda Red. If they sold my item at a "warehouse sale" without contacting me they could easily do it to your item as well.
....thanks again for that $60.

Read moreWe stopped in today for the first time. To say I was moved by the absolute beauty in all of the items that I encountered while there is an understatement. I could not believe the exquisite pieces available for purchase in this gallery. I wish I could have spent more time there. The collection they have is absolutely remarkable, I loved so many pieces! Betsy, the owner, and her staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely time learning about some of the pieces we expressed an interest in. I highly recommend...
