I came in just the other day to make copies of my Resume and ID, and I couldn’t believe what I encountered was the way The Shift Supervisor Jasmin handled a very impatient and rude customer, in which Where I wanted to speak up and advise the customer that it’s unnecessary to get impatient and rude but after witnessing how she handled the situation, it was not necessary for me to even step in at all, I was flabbergasted for what I had witnessed, in her assisting this customer with great patience and fast, friendly service, she handled it with great profession as well because I also work in customer service and I understand the works of being a customer service associate or even a shift supervisor, in which that is how a shift supervisor or anyone in customer service SHOULD handle a situation, the reason being for the customer being rude was that he was trying to cash a cashiers check which I know can take a bit of time to process since they’re totally different from other checks such as payrolls, personal checks etc... and she handled this situation with such great diligence and professionalism I’ve never experienced before, in my most honest opinion how she handled this customer and used her words properly in the matter of a hectic situation such as this one I’ve encountered, all in all, I rate her and the store 5 stars, for quick and detailed oriented service, highly recommend to visit this store and definitely will come back to make...

The services provided here are great and convenient. But the customer service is something else. Horrible horrible horrible! The cashier was acting like a mind reader, she didn’t greet me, just took my bill and payment , she was on the phone the whole time and no words to me at all, when she finally talked to me was to say i need a different computer and she walked away. Now I don’t have her mind reading skills, was I supposed to follow her or what? She was speaking to me very low and just took my stuff and move it to the computer next to her, then a guy helped me and I didn’t even bother explain, I assume they telepathically connected and finished what I needed. Ok so I don’t need them to speak up or to tell me what they are doing but u are working with people. Next time I’m gonna do my payments online and save me the trip.
