Knox Smoke & vape — Attraction in West Columbia

I really don't like leaving bad reviews on such well-stocked places considering how abysmal some shops are, but here we are.

I bought my husband a Vaporesso XROS3 and a small 30ml bottle of vape juice.

Honestly, I think the clerk realized that with how many questions we asked, we didn't know everything about the products. I also think he recognized where he could hike the price up on less informed individuals. We certainly hope it is understood that those actions only makes a person learn your tactics.

I would like anyone to compare the very small box and the very large juice. No, not a trick. That small vape juice cost us $30 at this place. We visited Veteran Vapors off Airport Blvd and got the large 100ml vape juice bottle for $14.99.

What kind of scam does this store run? The prices are extremely different, and so are the products. We paid double for less juice. Also, it sat on the shelf or packed away for months, which everyone knows impacts the taste.

The cashier seemed nice, but they all do because they want to sell to you. I'm sorry, but these backhanded, greedy tactics are not professional.

I’ve been a returning customer since they opened this location for a reason. I love the environment, between the incense burning and displayed directly in front the entrance and constant slowed music being played it creates a great atmosphere and environment. The customer service is the best even compared to different industries. I love how the owner often comes in to work a shift on occasions to get to know his customers and make them feel welcome. The employees are always well informed and give honest reviews from personal experience or well informed sources. Owner is nice but the two workers that he has in there they have no clue of the prices of literally asked for help a second time and the girl just sit in the chair and didn't get up.
