Subway — Restaurant in Cayce

I don't usually leave reviews but this was just such a terrible experience. One of the employees is just awful. I don't know if this lady was just having a bad day or what, but I wasn't greeted when I came to the counter, the lady just stared at me, saying nothing. I don't know if it's something about my face that she hated or something, because she greeted every person who came in after me very nicely. But that was a problem too, because in the middle of making my order, someone she knew (I guess?) came in and placed her order, and the lady started making her order, skipping over me and 3 other customers in line, and even checked her out before continuing my order. Then when she got back to making my order, she asked rudely what I wanted on my subs--when I didn't answer immediately, she yelled, "did you hear me?? I said what do you want??". I begin to tell her what I want on the subs, and in the middle of saying the toppings, she just?? Leisurely walked off without saying anything?? As I was talking??? It was so bizarre. Then when it came time to check out, she didn't even wait for my card payment to go through before saying "your receipt will come out at the top (of the machine)", and just walked off again?? I had to stand there and wait for the nice male employee to come fix the machine so I could pay and leave, and at this point my 2 toasted sandwiches were cold and soggy. I'm only giving 2 stars because the older male employee was very nice and seemed like he was doing his best, unlike the other employee who just treated me like an inconvenience even though I was nothing but...

This man is always so nasty and rude and stingy with the veggies. So last night I ordered 12 cookies bake fresh. I get there and I get my cookies go to the car open the box break one cookie in half notice it was cold so I bit it to make sure I wasn’t tripping since he told me he would bake them fresh and they were not so I took them back in and he says he have cookies in the oven so why wasn’t I giving those cookies the first time. As I’m waiting for fresh bake cookies I notice him taking the cookies out the box I brought back in all except the one I bit and put it back in the shelf to sale to other customers. Smh if he do that ain’t no telling what all this man does. The four other women that bought cookies after me I sure told them don’t let him give you them cookies in that shelf cuz that was really messed up. Then he argued with four other customers plus his own co worker told him man I can sit here and watch you continue to do these customers wrong. He told the arab guy. Give these customers what they pay for so they got into it and after he fix our order he left. That was real nice of the black guy but that arab is not to be trusted. I've been to this location many times and the customers are the only thing that makes the experience horrible... The employees are nice until a customer continues to belittle them at which I've watched employees walk away from the front to keep their composure or flat out quit.... Today I witnessed it again... They have a sign on the door asking for experienced workers and a woman was being rude talking past me to the lady helping me and catching a attitude with the lady helping her... The girl making the sub was doing it like the lady asked and the "lady" got mad because she wasn't putting enough mayo on her sub and then She got mad because she wanted it on her veggies so lady making sub says I'm sorry that's how they trained us and then the lady looks at her and says well you don't know what you're doing... Interrupts the woman cashing me out to tell her she needs to come do complaining ladys order... The only person that was rude was the customer... From the time she walked in the door until I left she was complaining... The employees were nice and even though the employee walked off she still didn't do or say...
