99 Cents Only Stores — Attraction in West Covina

8/12/21 @ 11:39 am went shopping at 99 cents store in 1516 Amar Rd.West Covina Ca.I always shopped at this store,it’s close we’re I live and they always carries fresh fruits and vegetables.cashier is always friendly and helpful.but today is unfortunate shopping day. at this 99 cents store parking lot.I was rob of my priceless jewelries decades old wedding ring and pinky ring.I was approached by a man and woman driving a brown Mazda SUV out of state lic.plate New York.and the man said his name is Akmed and his wife name is Shaira,she came in my attention because she had a huge bruised in her right eye and face and felt bad for her.she held my hand and crying praying.and not knowing she had removed my jewelries off my fingers.and gave me a small baby sock with something inside.and they drove off like a lightning.as I put my hands in my car steering wheel that’s when I found out my jewelries were gone. Worst customer service. Given attitude, was told I didn't put a divider to separate mine and ANOTHER customers order. She assumed since the other customer (my daughter) I went together that I would be paying all the items. No. You don't assume about someone's purchase. You don't combine the order UNLESS the customer asks you to. And when working woth customers in any store, you are taught that the Customer is ALWAYS RIGHT. You don't continuously correct the customer you're right, especially when the customer isn't giving you attitude and just wants you to fix the mistake as to get the line going for everyone else. Who the manager of the store? My daughter went in to buy some items and the cashier Brain thinks its cute to insult customers. My daughter just got off work and was paying for items separate some for myself and her own items. This happened at 9:01 pm on 8-23-17.
