Azusa Inn Motel — Hotel in La Puente

Recomendation for this kind of Inn is not advicesable.. i will not recomend to any one..for so many reason,,,, staff are so rude from the owner till to the lowestvworker,, those housekeepers have no manners..lady owner doesn’t know the customers right,,they don’t care..room are smelly specially the carpet.. they don’t change the linens frequently because i can still smell a human scent at the beddings when i lay down on bed luckily i always bring my own pillows and blanket everytime we travel..everywhere you sit inside the room you will going to itch.. maybe because of unseen bugs,,,,,don’t ever ever try to enter to room number 210 itt is really smells like public toilet when you get inside .. walls have holes, AC sounds like an airplane propeller...too noisy...entrance looks so nice,, but that was only the front.. total grade that i can give to this Inn ‘,,,1/4 star ,, sucks place.. Don’t waste your time.. staying there it is a regrets,, bad service and environment that you will experience doesn’t worth their expensive price,,,, For the management.. That is business you must know your customers needs.. hire those well train workers....sometimes you need to spend for your business.. not everything on your pocket,, and check all room once inva...

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to stay for the night on our way back from Riverside. A gas attendant told us of this "nice, inexpensive" motel down the road. Upon check in, the woman (who I assume was not happy to be working there) was very rude and short. She told me, "Only 2 people, OK??" I smiled and said yes it was just us two. When I asked what room number, she rudely said "it’s on the key". ||Upon entering the room, it smelled like an ashtray. The couch was stained; the table & head board had graffiti all over it. I didn’t want to set any of my bags on the floor because it just looked so dirty. We were so tired from the long day we decided to stay anyway. When it was time for me to go to bed I turned the TV off and could hear people partying, and music. I turned the TV back on and fell asleep. ||In the morning my boyfriend went down stairs to complain about the stay. The guy who was working there that morning was talking on his cell phone in the parking lot and didn’t pay any attention to us. I decided that I was going to let everyone I know to never, ever, stay in this hotel. It was not worth the $70. Upon looking them up online, their website claims the complete opposite of what they really offer....

Absolutely terrible. The only reason we booked this hotel was because it had a hot tub. And when we got here, they said, oh no, the hot tub is not hot. It's the same temperature as the pool. Also, the couple above us argued until 4 o'clock in the morning. Had to call the police on them because it sounded like a domestic violence case. Absolutely, zero out of ten will not recommend ever again. The ice machine requires quarters, 3 power outlets in the whole room. Hard to find on the road, no parking if you have a trailer. Pool and "hot" tub in disrepair, chips and debris. Vagrants all around the parking lot. The bed had a "blanket" that could barely pass for a thin sheet barely enough for one person let alone 2... the sheriff was checking the parking lot because this is a known place for stolen vehicles. Worst hotel experience in my life and I've done alot...
