I love it here. I used to live in Covina for years, jack in the box was my comfort food and I was hesitant to try some of the fast food out here since everything is a hit or miss and the gamble isn't worth it when the food is expensive and nasty.. however! My order was made fresh unlike Covina it took maybe 8 minutes while Covina takes 3 minutes. When I walked up to the counter I was greeted meanwhile back home they would point at the machine and walk away with no words. I decided to take my order online cause the prices at the counter are way more expensive than the app but when I requested my food for dine in they gave me a tray, napkins, and sauce without hesitation. After I finished up they thanked me for coming and even gave me the code to the restroom to wash my hands! Back in Covina if you wanted to use the restroom you had to wait at the counter for a whole minute to grab any of their attention when you ask for the restroom key they simply said "Wait" after 2 minutes they reach under the counter to give me a key. You also have to request a receipt to earn points for your order but up in South Azusa they give you the receipt no questions asked! Honestly I didn't know how ghetto Covina was until I moved up here 10/10 customer service and amazing people all together. It also makes me feel good when I see them respect the homeless that comes in to eat. They don't bark at them to leave they accept all service with no discrimination! I ordered 3 supreme croissants and they had the order on the screen wrong, so I asked them to correct it. Thank you for understanding that I actually wanted supreme not sausage. So I get my food, I expect them to have don’t their job correctly, my mistake. I get home and I saw I received not 3… but 2 sausage croissants instead of 3 supreme croissants. So I called in to get my order corrected. I told the gentlemen who answered the phone I need 3 supreme croissants not sausage croissants and said I would go back, he hung up. That puto asked him in such a rude way if we were going to go around! Mind you it's Saturday night and I already waited as long as the rest. He made him feel stupid, the employees face said it all. How dare he think he has a right to treat him that way? Why didn't he ask me to go around? Why just humiliate him but don't bother to address me, the customer? I am very irritated by his behavior.
