Worst place ever i only came here because my insurance wouldn't cover a different place but if you have a choice don't come here it was stupid what you have to go threw to make an appointment i called them they put me on a hold for 30 minutes to an 1 hour then they hung up on me without even answering me and there was no excuse because it always happened and I called in different times and days it was always the same on top of that horrible service I went in person to make an appointment and they made me wait 30 minutes because they need some special person to do the appointments so they had like 6 people waiting not including me just to schedule an appointment on top of that the only appointment opened they had was an entire month away witch makes no sense because my condition is life threatening so I wouldn't recommend this location if you have a choice will update on the treatment in a month UPDATE: the appointment was the complete opposite experience form the appointment scheduling process it was fast on top coming in 5 minutes late to test there response the specialist was very professional and the CT scan was quick as well as I requested a copy of the results expecting to wait 1-2 business days but only took 20 minutes i suggest they fix there appointment schedule process which will dramatically improve the experience of the...
Read moreEdit: I changed from 1 star to 5 stars. I went back to this place 2 weeks ago and there was a complete turn around! The front desk ladies had a much positive attitude. As soon as patients walked up to the window they greeted them "Good morning, how may I help you?". No patient was ignored. Their attitude was very positive and things appeared to be more organized. If someone had a question they were given attention. Maybe their manager talked to them or they received additional training? I understand that some days may feel overwhelming, but if they maintain that positiveness and patient focused attitude, it will make their days easier. I truly appreciate their efforts and they deserve credit. The ultrasound tech was also amazing. I left the clinic happy. Thank you!

And don’t even think about callin’ ‘em up; you’d end up stuck on hold forever. Seriously, forgettable music ain’t worth listenin’ to for hours!
Next up, their whole story kept changing faster than the weather forecast. Folks said one thing then switched to somethin’ else entirely. Talk about mixed signals! I mean, come on, how do we know whose word to take seriously when promises keep flippin’ every ten seconds? Not cool.
Finally, here’s where things fall apart: the team situation. Seems like they either need way more hands on deck or serious trainin’. Either way, efficiency takes a hit, and folks like us suffer through longer visits filled with chaos instead of chill vibes.
