The crawfish lounge — Restaurant in West Covina

We were seated, and it took them 30 minutes to take our order, the place isn't that big, and they still took a very long time to bring us our drinks, it then took 1 hour and 43 minutes to get our food, everyone in our party began to get their food at random times and It was just rediculous, The food was over fried and disgusting with no flavor. The employees looked clueless as to who to give the food to when it was clearly stated that every person had a number for their food. Then I spent $85 just on myself, the michelada I was told it was a $2 special and come to find all they bring you is the cup with the rim fixed and half an inch of liquid from the bottom of the cup with clamato, the beer had to be ordered separately, when normally you would order a michelada at any restaurant, It's allready prepared for you with beer and all, this is unheard of then they have the odasity to charge an additional $17.60 for service charge on top of my bill which amounted to $117.18 and still expected a large tip, this was just for myself, I can get better food at weinerchnitzel than this I highly recommend against this place, our birthday party was a complete disaster... im verry unhappy with the way they treated our guests and then the fat girl at the entrance was very rude and tried to shut me up when I wanted to ask her a...

26 minutes to get these $7 worth of fried pickles. The breading might as well be unseasoned .. the pickles are sliced too large and inconsistenly breaded. I asked for salt. My gumbo came out at the 37 minute mark in a to go container. The gumbo is greasy and bland and managed to make me crave actual gumbo from anywhere else. At the 42 minutes mark, the salt finally arrived at my table. Inexplicably, they brought limes and a completely inappropriate container full of pepper when I sat down .. perhaps an admission that the food was bland and horrible. My next table neighbor had Taco Bell at the table which kind of made me regret not having Taco Bell. When a restaurant can make me regret not having Taco Bell... Well, that is an achievement that means this place deserved the 1 star I...

I’ve been coming to The Crawfish Lounge/Spot for almost 15 years, and it never disappoints! The food is so flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

Let me help you order; Ask for a pound or two of shrimp, add sausage, corn on the cob, and potatoes too the bag. Seasonings; All the Madness. Spice level; mild( order a separate sauce on the side, Hot). Lemon pepper wings, and Cajun fries are the best here — every bite is absolutely delicious.

The quality and consistency over the years are what keep me coming back. You can always count on great food, great taste, and great service. The Crawfish Lounge truly knows how to do it right!
