NOT A REVIEW OF THE PARK
ONLY A REVIEW OF THE RANGERS WORKING THE WEST GATE 8 SEPT AROUND 1300HRS
After checking the website for alerts the night prior and day of, arrived at park VIA west gate at 1300hrs.
Long line of cars that all were turned around and told the park was closed because it was "full". This line of rangers was 5 people deep telling people to turn around.

Take time to stop at the pullouts and enjoy the "unadvertised" spots. Glacier is all about slowing down and not rushing. Driving on the Going-to-the-sun road is tricky with heavy traffic but so worth it. In the summer, the wildflowers are everywhere and the view!!...
