Six-year Purdue Mens basketball season ticket holder. The facility itself is well staffed and the door personnel are courteous and fairly efficient. The problem with this facility is the bench style seat widths were designed/sized for people of the 1950's. People are much wider/larger now and many take 1.5 seat space yet everyone's crammed in so tight. We have spectators who are way too large and some people on aisles literally have their legs on the steps and virtually sitting on the bench edge. For this primary reason and several poor experiences with other spectators who don't even try to stay within their alotted space, I won't renew my tickets (post-pandemic). It's just too uncomfortable, and other spectators are very rude when exceeding their seat space that arguments have ensued. At University of Louisville Yum arena, actual seats ensure there's no space encroachment. Also, the 'new' overhead court display's view is blocked by banners hung way too low from the ceiling. The administration refused to make any adjustments for this problem. The audio system is terrible, the announcer is uninterpretable. Great video display (if you could see it) and lousy substandard audio system. For about a year they had an internet wifi booster but recently it hasn't worked....

They also utilize technology really well to make the pre game pretty cool and fun to watch.
