Purdue Team Store - Black & Gold Mine — Local services in West Lafayette

Clean store with a fitting room, which helps a lot. They were out of multiple items, including all but a few smaller sizes of one football jersey. No basketball jerseys at all. Prices are what you would expect from a campus bookstore ... high. $90 for a football jersey is just way too much. If it is apparel you seek, definitely price compare online. As for smaller items like stickers and key chains, they have a decent selection. But for greater selection, I'd recommend the Folletts location in Purdue West. But that location was also out of all jerseys...

Ordered something as a Christmas present and paid for it online. 11 days went by, absolutely nothing. Have tried repeatedly to contact them and they flat out will not answer. Their system says "press 0 to speak to a store associate". You can call all day and press zero, nobody picks up. Absolutely terrible customer service. Update: 5 straight days not answering the phone or returning a message. No help from their outsourced customer service. But they will sure...
