I am unfortunately here a lot because it's convenient but I am honestly so tired of this place. First off why can we not advance to barcodes ? Y'all just type these numbers in one slow digit at a time. It's 2025. Why are we doing this? The lines are always INCREDIBLY long because there is always only one register open while there are 10 employees standing in isles touching things who are also mostly miserable when you ask for help. Finally there's a "customer service" employee (manager of some sort ? ) always upfront who just stands around touching candy when she sees the lines are insanely long and instead of jumping on a register to help move this along she just continues to walk around acting like she's doing things and will eventually, after hours of torture staring at the void that is the floral department while you have better places to be , will call one single employee to come up front to help. They generally walk at a snails pace to get there. Now I could forgive this once maybe twice but I have been going here for years and witness this behavior every single time and have finally had quite enough. Find happier people to work up front please. They always look so miserable (I get it .. I also worked at a corporate craft store for years). They will spend countless minutes helping you locate a specific items or trying to find an answer to questions. Most of the time, they will help you will the biggest smile on their face. Plus, the employees are typically easy to locate within the store. Unfortunately, despite the variety across the board, there truly isn't much additional variety amongst some items. For example, you can craft nearly anything with the items at Hobby Lobby. However, sometimes the products or colors are limited to just two or three choices. A handful of items are at hefty prices beyond any other location, so pay attention to price tags. Finally, their register system needs to be revamped. Frequent items on sale, are not always rang up as sale items because the cashier forgot to manually enter the code. Pay attention to this on your receipt. I noticed a few times.
